This policy explains how IPK Labs collects and uses personal data when you visit this institutional website or contact us. IPK Labs is the controller of the data described here.
Information we collect
Information you send us
When you use the contact form, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, company, project type, and message. We use it to assess your enquiry and reply to you.
While you complete the contact form, a draft is stored in your browser's session storage for recovery during that tab's session. Drafts older than two hours are ignored, and the draft is removed after a successful submission.
Technical and security information
Our hosting and security providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, requested pages, and security signals. This is used to deliver and protect the website, prevent abuse, and diagnose problems.
Measurement information
If you accept measurement, we load Google Analytics to measure website use and contact enquiries. Analytics key events may be shared with our linked Google Ads account to measure campaign conversions. Google Tag Manager may manage these tags when configured. These tools may collect information about pages viewed, interactions, referring pages, browser and device type, approximate location, and whether a visit associated with a campaign leads to a configured action. We use this information to understand and improve the website and measure campaign results.

Cookies and measurement
We measure a contact enquiry only after our server confirms that the message was sent. Our form measurement events contain service and task identifiers, step numbers and the originating page path, not your name, email address, company or message. We do not configure enhanced conversions using contact details or advertising personalisation.
Google may process page URLs, advertising click identifiers and technical information to attribute a conversion to an advertisement. Learn more about how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google's cookies.
We store a necessary cookie named ipk_labs_cookie_consent for up to
180 days. It records whether you accepted measurement so that we can remember your
choice. Cloudflare and Turnstile may also use strictly necessary cookies or
similar technologies to deliver and protect the website.
Google measurement scripts are not loaded unless you select “Accept measurement”. Google
Analytics and linked Google Ads measurement may then use analytics and advertising
measurement cookies (for example, cookies beginning with _ga or
_gcl) and similar technologies.
Google Consent Mode defaults analytics storage, advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalisation to denied. Accepting measurement grants the first three for measurement purposes; advertising personalisation remains denied.
You can accept, reject, or change your choice at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the footer. Rejecting optional measurement removes common Google measurement cookies accessible from this website and stops Google measurement scripts from loading on later page views.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to operate this website:
- Cloudflare for hosting, website delivery, and security services such as Turnstile.
- Resend to deliver contact form messages by email.
- Google for Analytics and Ads conversion measurement, directly or through Google Tag Manager, only after consent.
These providers process data on our behalf or under their own applicable terms. They may process data outside the European Economic Area using the safeguards required by applicable data protection law.
Retention and security
We retain enquiry data only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry, maintain relevant business records, and meet legal obligations. Technical and measurement data is retained according to our provider settings and only as long as needed for the purposes above.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive your personal data, or object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
